High density soft magnetic material development to explore

      Using powder metallurgy technology can make complex shape and has good magnetic soft magnetic material, powder metallurgy technology has been successfully applied to large-scale commodity production of soft magnetic materials. Has been as commodity production of soft magnetic powder metallurgy material: pure iron, phosphorus, iron, nickel iron, cobalt and iron and silicon, etc. Adding silicon does not improve iron base of soft magnetic materials magnetic, adding silicon can increase the resistance of iron base material, reduce the eddy current loss of material, improve the high frequency performance of soft magnetic materials. Ferritic stainless steel soft magnetic materials have been production and use of ferritic stainless steel soft magnetic material has good corrosion resistance, but soft magnetic properties will be declined.
